1. Damaged transducer:
Analysis: It is very likely that the temperature of the ultrasonic cleaning machine will continue to rise due to long-term startup and use, resulting in the peeling of the gel melting transducer or the fracture of the ceramic part of the transducer.
Detection and treatment: use a megger to measure the insulation strength of the transducer. If the insulation strength is less than 200M Ω, it can no longer be used. Replace the transducer with a new one.
The internal ceramic of the transducer will also break due to long time use, making it unable to work normally.
2. The insurance of the ultrasonic cleaner is damaged:
If there is no switch power supply after starting, it indicates that there is no action, first consider whether the fuse in the switch power supply seat is damaged.
Analysis: It is very likely that the user's ground wire is mixed with the live wire or the zero wire and is not grounded (the ground wire of the machine is connected to the machine shell), or that the ultrasonic cleaner has a short circuit fault, and the electronic components have a short circuit fault due to aging, resulting in damage to the insurance.
Detection and treatment: take out the fuse to see if it is broken, use a multimeter to measure whether it is broken, and replace the device.
3. The power tube of the ultrasonic cleaner is damaged:
Analysis: The power tube on the main board will be short-circuited due to the continuous use of the ultrasonic cleaner for a long time or the use of too little cleaning liquid for a long time.
Detection and solution: When the power tube is connected on the main board, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the pins on both sides of the power tube, which usually needs to be within 22 Ω. After getting the power tube (disconnected from the main board), measure that there should be no connection between its pins.
4. Damage of inductance and isolation transformer
Analysis: Due to the long-term operation of the ultrasonic cleaner, the inductor and transformer are heat dissipation elements, which may be melted and damaged due to high temperature, resulting in short circuit.
Detection and solution: the damage of inductor and transformer can be seen directly in most cases, so replace the components.
5. Damage of control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaner)
Analysis: The long-term continuous operation of ultrasonic cleaning machine is related to the aging of components, and also to the penetration of cleaning fluid sometimes.
Detection and solution: disconnect the control board from the main board without starting the ultrasonic cleaner.
